Terms of Service
Rules for using the UseDynamicQR service.
Last updated: 2026-09-03
Who we are and acceptance
UseDynamicQR is the brand name under which an individual operator provides the service. In these terms, “UseDynamicQR,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that service and its operator.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Service
UseDynamicQR provides managed redirect links encoded as QR codes. Destinations may be changed while the redirect identifier remains stable, subject to the active plan and safety controls.
You are responsible for the destinations, content, and campaigns connected to your QR codes and for confirming that each QR code works as intended before publishing or printing it. Features and plan limits may change over time, but changes will not reduce an already-paid subscription period without notice or an appropriate remedy.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You may not use the service for malware, phishing, spam, unlawful content, infringement, evasion of security controls, or interference with the service.
We may block or remove access to a QR destination when required by automated safety checks, an abuse review, law, or platform policy. A Free plan does not guarantee continued operation of unsafe or abusive destinations.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security risk, or unlawful or abusive use. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions. The price, billing interval, taxes, and payment provider are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
The payment provider shown at checkout may act as the seller or merchant of record for the transaction and may handle payment details, receipts, indirect taxes, transaction support, disputes, and refunds. UseDynamicQR remains responsible for the product, account support, and these terms.
Canceling stops the next renewal while paid access continues through the current billing period. After paid access ends, you have seven days to choose which QR codes remain active on the Free plan. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy; canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the destinations, names, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit that content to operate, secure, and support the service.
UseDynamicQR and its software, design, and branding remain the property of the operator or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep redirects available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UseDynamicQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or losses caused by a destination controlled by you or another third party. Our total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects paid users, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email before it takes effect where practicable.
Governing law and disputes
UseDynamicQR does not currently designate an exclusive governing law or court. Applicable law and the court or forum with jurisdiction will be determined under the rules that apply to the dispute. This does not prevent either party from seeking an informal resolution first, and it does not limit any mandatory rights or forum available to a consumer.
